The first adjuster sent out by our insurance company didn’t report seeing any damage, but the estimator from High & Dry Restoration pointed out and took photos of dents on our gutters and garage, and many hail marks on our roof. I can’t believe the first adjuster didn’t see these things, in particular because several of our close neighbors were getting their roofs replaced by insurance – and we were all hit by the same storm! But we were able to go back to our insurance company and request a second adjuster come take a look. Mike with High & Dry Restoration was present at the meeting and made sure the adjuster saw the damage. We feel he advocated for us and got a claim approved that wouldn’t have been approved otherwise. We were very pleased with Mike, the crew, and the finished product."
